Fixed a bug where a player is able to move again was happening too often instead of just the right timing when player gets of flying weapon. This bug didn't affect this mod but affected other mods that requires player to be unmovable at certain times.

Fixed issues with jittering screen when player moved faster than camera can target player. Update max movement speed allowed in config options.
Added ability to Fly anywhere. (Default Off)
