Changelogs
This is a 1.6 updated version of the Tileman mod made by SpicyKai.

Based on the Settled's Runescape Tileman challenge, the world of Stardew Valley has been turned into a grid of tiles. Each tile has to be purchased before it can be used to till, plant crops or even walk!

There are three difficulty settings, changeable in the config.json file in the mod directory with a seperate file for each save.

Difficuly 0 (Easiest)
The tile cost starts at $1 and will increase after every 1250 tiles bought with increments of $1.

Difficulty 1 (Default)
The tile cost starts at $1 and will increase at set intervals:
  • 1-10: Tile price will be $2
  • 10-100: Tile price will be $4
  • 1000-10000: Tile price will be $16
  • 10000-100000: Tile price will be $32
  • 100000+ Tile price will be $64

Level 2 (Hardest)
The tile cost starts at $1 and will increase by $1 with every tile purchased

Overlay modes
There are three different tile overlays when it comes to buying tiles:
- Tiles can be bought by using your tool against them (this is the default mode)
- Tiles can be bought by using your mouse to click on tiles
- Tiles can not be bought at all
You can use a keybind to change the overlay mode, the default keybind is 'H'

Settings
All settings are saved on a per-save basis. This is to make sure difficulty and prices can be different for each save
The default settings to be used for a new save can be changed through the use of the Generic Mod Config mod

Keybinds
- The overlay can be turned on/off with 'G'
- They overlay mode can be changed with 'H'
- The difficulty can be changed with a keybind, this is not set by default
- All tiles in a location can be bought with a keybind, this is not set by default

All keybinds can be set through the use of Generic Mod Config or the config.json in the mod directory once it has been loaded once.

Getting stuck without money
In case you get stuck on a tile without any money the mod will slowly give you gold until you have enough to purchase the tile you are pushing up against.

Todo
- Multiplayer support
- Move the tile info to the savegame so they can be transfered with cloud saves
- Add some way to view your save statistics and settings
