About this mod
Improves the aesthetics of the Hilltop farm without changing the original layout.

~ Features ~
- Replaces the Hilltop farm (configurable) to appear more aesthetic, but keeps the same original layout
- Adds a waterfall next to grandpa's shrine
- Replaces the wood planks with stone bridges
- Replaces the dirt with Tillable grass
It is possible to replace an existing Hilltop save with this farm map since it does not change the original layout.

~ Installation ~
1. Download the Mod/Required Mods, and extract them
2. Paste it into your \Stardew Valley\mods\ folder
3. Run the game and enjoy
